Example Sales price $100,000

List property in both multiple listing services for an up front non refundable fee of $495.

When home sells, you will be charge an additional FMLS mandatory charge of .12% of sales price at closing. Ex. $100,000 x .12% = $120.

Total charge of $495 + $120 = $615

If you desire to pay the buyers agent a commission of 3%, then the total would be as follows:
Total charge $495 + $120 + $3,000 = $3615

Full Service brokerage is typically 6% of sales price or $6,000 for this example.

I know for most, this is elementary, but bare with me. To be upside down in your GA home means that your mortgage balance is more than the current value of your house.
